Stupid console Good game

Feeling uneasy about playing your Nintendo DS beside a 5 yrs old kid which also held one in his/her hands? Or playing Pokemon makes you feel awkward from the people around you? C’mon there are no such things as a kid’s game or console, the real reason of people having such mindset is the impression of the console gives. Strangely not much on the outer appearance but mostly what the graphics offers, no blame should be made on the game developers where Nintendo itself have already came out with a whole bunch of delightful games which include the Super Mario series, Pokemon franchise, Donkey Kong and lots of others…

Of course the main market for Nintendo is mainly for underage juveniles as parents would not like to see their kids using baseball bat to hit their way through the “liberty city” or having head shooting bloody zombies in the city of “Racoon”. However the console itself still present in its old school manner with additional flashy screen and cartoonish environment, some the so called “3D “games like the FF and DW looks even worse, on the other hand 2D games like Mario bros, Pokemon and Castlevania are relatively well done. So what does it means? Sadly this proves the engine still stay hold on his 2D platform just like what we saw a decade back on his grandpa the color Gameboy…
